We are currently making big changes that will affect all Contact ISP Prepay customers.
We have had to make changes to our prepay system to prepare all our accounts for migration onto our new email servers and billing system.
All Contact customers have been set up on our main billing system. All credit balances have been transferred so no customer will lose out but customers will no longer be able to prepay on line. Over the coming months Contact customers will be billed for their service just like WISE Net customers.
Over the next two months we will be launching a new range of Dial Up plans that will offer more hours at better rates and also give customers the options of paying in advance in return for some great discounts.
Please note that no email addresses or any other aspect of the service has changed but you no longer need to top up on line as you will be invoiced. More details will be released next month.
